Why can I not clean this myself?

If proper procedures, supplies, and equipment are not used, the site may not be fully sanitized or decontaminated. This means blood-borne, airborne pathogens, human bio-fluids or tissues may not be totally removed from the site. OSHA Federal Regulation and the EPA requires specialized training and handling of hazardous materials before a bio-hazard remediation is undertaken. These Federal Regulatory Agencies, along with other State and Local agencies have set up guidelines, protocols and standards specifically spell out the proper procedures for conducting bio-hazardous remediations.
